- Ensure daily operation WWTP, DI and Scrubber run smoothly - Knowledge of Scrubber, DI Plant, WWTP - Improve health and safety policies and procedures - Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns - Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training - Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods - Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults - Diagnose breakdown problems - Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs - Set up maintenance control procedures, operational procedures and provide the team with technical support and training - Diagnose breakdown problems - Degree or Diploma certification in chemical engineering or wastewater treatment related field - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Plating or water treatment process environments - Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in MS Office
