- Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required - Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices - Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with co-workers - Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training - Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner - Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with co-workers - Ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the EN Plating process by conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs - Collaborate with the production team & engineering team to optimize machine performance and minimize the downtime, ensuring that production targets are met - Degree or Diploma certification in electrical, chemist or mechanical engineering or related filed - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in EN Plating similar chemical processing environments - Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in MS Office
