Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Proficiency in English is essential

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage

 

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure service delivery aligns with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Clarify customer needs and address complex or non-standard issues

Respond to customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

Provide courteous, professional customer interactions in line with company protocols

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products/services

Accurately document and notate accounts as required

Contribute to efforts aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and overall business performance

Promote additional products or services where appropriate

Track and log customer interactions in the call database
