Finance Manager (AFT)

Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in the construction, building materials, or project-based industries. - Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting principles. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel. - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance is a must. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's goals. - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. - Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost control. - Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide actionable insights to management. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls. - Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
