Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description:

As a Japanese Food Court Supervisor, you will manage the daily operations of our Japanese food court, ensuring excellent food quality, efficient service, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee daily food court operations, ensuring adherence to food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.

  • Train, lead, and motivate staff.

  • Manage staff scheduling, including shift planning and breaks.

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and collect feedback professionally.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors.

  • Assist in financial management, including cash handling, sales tracking, and budget adherence.

  • Collaborate on menu planning, promotions, and special events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a Japanese food setting.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.

  • Passion for Japanese cuisine, culture, and customer service.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer interactions.
