Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide information about clinic services, and direct them to the appropriate treatment areas

• Communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English to explain services, promotions, and perform cross-selling of products and treatments

• Handle transactions, including inputting sales data, processing payments, preparing invoices, and issuing receipts

• Manage appointments, respond to inquiries, update customer data, and maintain cleanliness of the reception and lobby area

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma; preferably a Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, or Administration from a reputable university

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a premium beauty clinic

• Aged between 20–35 years old

• Strong communication skills and fluent in English (both spoken and written)

• Detail-oriented, honest, capable of operating computers and EDC machines, and possessing good administrative skills

• Able to work in a multitasking environment
