General Affairs Asst. Manager

What you'll do - Manage daily office operations and ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment. - Oversee facilities management, office tower maintenance, security, cleaning, and related services. - Lead and supervise a General Affairs team of 15 members. - Manage vendors, service providers, contracts, and service quality. - Handle business travel arrangements, accommodation, and related employee support. - Manage company cars, drivers, maintenance, fuel, insurance, and usage control. - Provide support for expatriates, including housing, transportation, documentation coordination, and etc. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and office regulations. - Prepare and monitor General Affairs budget, expenses, reports, and cost-saving initiatives. - Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to support business operations. What you must have - Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, Facilities, or related functions. - Experience in a multinational company is preferred. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team. - Good knowledge of office management, facilities, vendor management, procurement, travel, company cars, and health & safety. - Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred - Strong budgeting, reporting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. - Professional, proactive, and organized.
