Job Description

Develop and Implement HR Policies, Procedures, and Documentation.

Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, including payroll processing and administration).

Prepare HR Reports and Analytics for Management Review.

Lead Performance Management, Training, and Development Initiatives.

Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, company regulations, and ethical standards.

Manage HR Strategy and Planning.

Requirement

2+ years of experience in HR Manager position is required.

Expertise in Indonesian employment law and regulatory compliance.

Strong Knowledge of Core HR Functions

Excellent Leadership & Communication Skills

Strong Interpersonal & Organizational Skills
