General HR Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or a related field.

• A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Experience in the IT or technology sector is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and company policies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.

• Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment

  Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment and selection processes to meet the company's staffing needs.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

• Identify training and development needs for employees and design appropriate training programs.

• Develop and implement employee performance evaluation systems.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

• Handle employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.

• Oversee employee data management and other HR administrative tasks. -

• Manage HR-related projects aimed at improving departmental efficiency.

• Prepare HR reports for management, including statistical analysis and recommendations.

  Will be placed at the main office of PT Global Smart Solusindo which is located in Jatiwaringin, East Jakarta.
