Deskripsi Pekerjaan

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process. From job posting, sourcing, screening applicant, psychological test, arranging HR interview, scheduling interview for user, negotiate offering, process candidates for all Business Unit.

  • Working with third party for sourcing (outsourcing company)

  • Organize database and sourcing

  • Create recruitment system to make sure all recruitment process running smoothly

  • Responsible for the accuracy, completeness of manpower data and updates manpower report every month.

  • Managing all of documents or data relating to the employment status of new hires or renewal.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management with minimum GPA of 3.00.

  • Minimal 2 years at the same positions.

  • Proficiency in English is a plus

  • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work accordingly.
