We are building the next generation of AI-driven solutions to optimize commercial ecosystems. We are fast, lean, and intensely focused on hyper-growth. If you are tired of corporate red tape and want to actually own the commercial strategy of a high-impact tech startup, this is your sandbox.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Merchant Acquisition: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, focusing heavily on B2B restaurant outreach, merchant onboarding, and strategic partnerships.

  • Expand Nationally: Travel frequently to key regional hubs—including Banjarmasin, Bandung, Semarang, and other target cities—to spearhead ground operations, audit local markets, and lock in critical regional merchants.

  • Build the Playbook: Design, test, and execute localized sales strategies and reverse logistics frameworks tailored to our unique value proposition.

  • Scale the Team: Move rapidly from individual execution to leadership by hiring, training, and managing a high-performing sales pipeline across multiple cities.

Who You Are (Requirements)

  • The Tech Pedigree: You have a solid background working within fast-paced, high-growth technology ecosystems. You know how tech products scale.

  • The On-Demand Background: You are currently (or were recently) a Manager at Grab, Gojek, or a similar tier-1 platform, specifically within GrabFood, GoFood, Merchant Acquisition, or Commercial/Logistics teams.

  • The Domain Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of restaurant outreach, merchant acquisition, or reverse logistics. You know how to talk to merchants, handle objections, and close deals quickly.

  • Mobility & Flexibility: You are comfortable splitting time between our Cibubur and Cilandak offices, and you are highly willing to travel regionally as needed.

  • The Startup Grit: You thrive in ambiguity and are ready to commit 50–60 hours per week to build something massive.
