Requirements: - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field. - At least 7-8 years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry. - HR certification is preferred, particularly for an HR Supervisor role. Expenence engaging with key stakeholders, including SKK Migas, the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker), and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM). - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Visio). - Knowledge of psychological assessment tools. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and uphold high standards of integrity. Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and oversee manpower planning, organizational structure, and development to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Lead and monitor recruitment, selection, placement, and onboarding processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. - Design, evaluate, and manage training programs, certifications, and vendor selection for workforce development. - Supervise the performance management system and oversee promotion, demotion, and rotation processes. - Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Manage the HR Work Program & Budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with financial planning - Oversee HR digital systems, including SIDP, CDM, and HRIS, ensuring proper functionality and optimal utilization.
