HR Manager (KLI-99)

Responsibilities

• Human Resources Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Support organizational growth through workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

• Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to management.

• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.

• Ensure effective manpower planning in line with business requirements.

• Develop employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.

• Professional qualifications in Human Resources (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, PQHRM, CHRM, or equivalent) are preferred.

• Training or certifications in Labor Law, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Leadership Development will be an added advantage

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, including managerial experience.

• Expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Learning and development program management.

• Performance management and succession planning.
