Requirements : - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology Or Law from a reputable university - Minimum having 3 years' experience in HRGA - Fluent in English both verbal and written, Mandarin is a plus - Experience in construction company will be an advantage - Willing to be placed in Majalengka Responsible: - Experience In Human Resource activity including general HR Administration, Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Payroll detail and Tax, and BPJS - Responsible for the entire recruitment process starting from creating advertisements, posting vacancies, conducting selections, and conducting interviews for prospective employees. - Create and update employee-related documents in the company database. - Familiar with Indonesian labor laws - Experience in Training and Development, Performance Appraisals and Employee Evaluation - Multitasking skills, high administration, high-level attention to details and strong organizational skills - Performing other tasks delegated by the leader.
