Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage all aspects of Human Resources, working directly with the CEO and management. You will oversee HR strategy, administration, and employee relations to create a productive and supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Oversee HR administration, including payroll, benefits, and compliance. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address workplace issues. Organize training and performance development initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years in HR, preferably in digital marketing or creative industries.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology

Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and organizational development skills.

Proficiency in HRIS (Talenta) and related tools. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Personality: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
