Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related. • Have experience as HR Generalist. • Understanding of payroll processing, end to end recruitment, labor laws and regulations. • Proficiency in using Ms. Excel anda google sheet. • Having experience using HRIS, specifically Odoo, is an added value. • Aviation company background is an added value. • Can join immediately. Job Description: • Recruitment & Selection: Handle the recruitment process, from planning to new employee orientation. • HR Administration: Manage employee data, attendance, leave, and personnel documents. • Policy & Compliance: Create and ensure HR policies are in accordance with applicable company regulations. • Employee Development: Manage training and skills development programs. • Performance & Evaluation: Create performance evaluations and manage feedback. • Employee Relations: Handle disciplinary and work relationship issues between employees. • Compensation & Benefits: Assist in managing salaries, bonuses, and benefits, • Managerial & Administration: Assist management in coordinating with internal and external parties, both operationally and administratively.
