Indoor Sales Engineer

Job Description:

1. Proficiency in English written and oral communication.

2. Excellent hunter who's able to bring in new accounts to the organization.

3. Collaborate with key Decisions in the region Develop new business opportunities within the region Collaborate with manufacturers in the APAC region.

4. A dynamic individual willing to take initiative proactive.

5. Persuasive communication skills: able to present to C-level executives as well as deliver clear and concise messages.

6. Create an outline of market strategies that will serve as the foundation for the short to mid-term plan.

7. Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.

8. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

9. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

10. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

11. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.

• About 4-6 years of sales experience in Factory Automation or Consumer Goods Sector Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
