Responsibilities 1. Reaching Out to Influencers - Contact potential influencers based on campaign requirements. - Provide information about ongoing projects and campaigns. 2. Collecting Information and Negotiating - Gather key details such as rate cards, audience insights, and other relevant data from influencers. - Negotiate rates and terms that align with budgets and campaign needs. 3. Database Management - Regularly update the influencer database with the latest information, including performance metrics and contact details. - Organize data to streamline team access and analysis. 4. Maintaining Long-term Relationships - Foster positive communication with influencers to build sustainable professional relationships. - Ensure a seamless collaboration experience to encourage future partnerships. 5. Internal Collaboration - Work closely with team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet objectives. Qualifications - Education: Minimum Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, or Social Media. - Skills:| - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Effective negotiation skills and confidence in discussions. - Understanding of influencer trends and social media platforms. - Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software. - Personal Attributes: - Proactive and adaptable. - Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking. - Passionate about digital media and thrives in a dynamic environment.
