Qualifications

Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply
Experience in providing excellent customer satisfaction
Knowledge of writing etiquette
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency Indonesian and English is good to have
Experience in a Communication/customer service/sales role is a plus
