Responsibilities:
1. Meet and discuss technical issues with the team
2. Help and Support the Tech team to solve issues
3. Learn and provide technical support, including monitoring networks.
4. Learn and participate in solving simple problems related to troubleshooting networks.
5. Assist and adapt to working with a team, communicate effectively within the team, and mentor.
6. Learn and participate Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
7. Learn and participate Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
8. Assist in the setup and maintenance of networking equipment. 9. Collaborate with the IT team to implement security protocols and ensure data integrity.
10. Learn and participate Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolutions to IT-related problems.

Qualifications:
1. Last semester in Information Technology or a related field. 2. Maximum 5 hours in a day (flexible), Monday-Friday For short term 4-5 months
3. Basic understanding of IT concepts, hardware, and software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
7. Domicile in Yogyakarta (preferred)
