General Requirements: - Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology. Engineering, or related fields - Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and able to work individual - Having at least 3 (three) years experience would be an advantage - Experienced in handling networks with Cisco Switches - Have CCNP certification or have at least attended 6 (six) months of CCNA training - Experienced in using FortiGate Firewall, Server Azure, Office 365, Domain and Hosting, Server NAS, and Cloud Storage - Understand IP Phone settings and management - Understand internet provider configuration - Able to handle user device problems - Full WFO at Office 8, South Jakarta
