Main Responsibility:
- Monitoring each business unit’s performance and alignment
- Monthly monitoring of individual KPIs
- Monitoring crew discipline regarding attendance at routine meetings.
- Monitoring the discipline of each individual for daily logbook entries.
- Conducting Internal Customer Satisfaction Surveys for all departments and business units.
- Developing working papers to track performance.
