Requirements : - Minimum 1 year experience working with Shopee Marketplace (or similar e-commerce platforms). - Fluent English - Fluent Mandarin is an advantage - Familiarity with Shopee live streaming tools and analytics. - Understanding of e-commerce operations, including product listing, inventory management, and promotions. - Experience or knowledge in coordinating live streaming events on platforms like Shopee or TikTok. - Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques to optimize live streaming performance. - Strong communication skills to work closely with the team and provide timely support. - Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends in live streaming and e-commerce. Job Description : - Oversee the execution of live streaming events on e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada), ensuring smooth operations and engagement with the audience. - Develop, monitor, and regularly update product content on E-commerce websites/portals to maintain accuracy and relevancy. - Create and implement strategies to boost sales performance on e-commerce platforms, with a focus on live streaming. - Analyze and report on sales performance from live streaming events and overall account activity, delivering daily, weekly, and monthly reports using data from the e-commerce dashboards. - Collaborate with the host, manage live rooms, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of the live streaming sessions, including technical setup and content presentation. - Plan and execute promotional campaigns during live streaming to engage the audience and drive sales. - Ensure timely follow-up and fulfillment of orders generated during live streaming sessions, coordinating with other teams as necessary. - Research market trends and competitors to continuously optimize the live streaming strategy and improve the store's overall performance.
