- Have good knowledge on Google product beyond basic usage. - Willingness to learn and research best way to solve a problem - Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences both in written and verbal form. Lead projects and junior analyst. - Initiative to solve complex problems; takes an "outside -in" perspective to identify innovative solutions. - May lead functional teams or projects or decisions to support business needs for reporting and insights. - Work with both internal and external data. - Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights. - Coordinate with operation Teams to develop business required database and documentation. - Develop App Script or implement any programs to automate data and report, link and update spreadsheet, create external data queries, and other relevant features. - Identify and resolve data reporting issues in a timely fashion. - Implement pivot tables and charts in and other view to create a relevant dashboard. - Conduct analyses of alternatives for different technical solutions and be able to communicate the strengths and weaknesses of each solution.
