With a wide range of high-quality, innovative chocolate products, we cater to discerning customers through our brand stores and distribution channels spanning specialty cafes, hotels, up-market grocery stores, online platforms, and duty-free outlets across Indonesia.

Position: Key Account

Job Description : • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters • Build and maintain strong, enduring client relationships • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profits • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with customer needs and objectives • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders • Cultivate new business opportunities with existing clients and/ or identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) • Generate reports on account status • Collaborate with sales, business development, commercial, operations and other relevant teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the territory • Assist in addressing challenging client requests or escalating issuesas necessary • Monitor performance, absenteeism and reports from SPG and MD

Qualifications: • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a relevant field • At least 5 years of experience as a B2B Key Account or Account Manager for fast moving consumer goods products (preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication in English • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changi
