Sales Representative

Job description :

• Identify potential B2C & B2B clients and generate leads for mobile sales.

• Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with business clients.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business customers.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.

• Conduct competitor analysis and track market changes.

• Provide product recommendations and solutions based on client needs.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies.

• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts.

• Participate in sales planning and business strategy meetings.

• Assist business clients with product setup, warranty, and after-sales service.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2C & B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications or mobile phone industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with business clients.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with mobile phones, smartphones, and related technologies.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients.
