Job Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years as a KOL Specialist, Community Management Officer, or both, with experience in a Creative Agency - Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in influencer marketing and community management in Indonesia, with at least 2 years in a similar role - Excellent negotiation skills for managing contracts and partnerships with KOLs - Experience in developing and managing influencer campaigns - Experience in event planning or organizing community meetups (online or offline) will be a plus - Proficiency in influencer management and community engagement tools (TikTok Creator Marketplace, HypeAuditor, Sociabuzz, etc.) - Analytical skills for tracking and reporting on campaigns. Job Description: - Develop and implement KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and community engagement strategies - Identify, vet, and manage relationships with relevant KOLs and influencers - Negotiate contracts, collaborations, and partnerships with KOLs to maximize value for both parties - Design and execute various community-building programs to expand and maintain our community - Create and oversee community-driven content and initiatives across various platforms - Monitor, analyze, and report on KOL campaign and community engagement metrics - Stay current with influencer marketing trends and community management best practices in Indonesia
