LEAD ASSORTMENT PLANNER, INDONESIA

- Degree (e.g., Bachelor's) in Business or related field with minimum 6 years’ relevant retail experience in merchandise assortment planning/ business/ demand supply planning. - Strong ability to interpret and connect the dots from sell in, sell through to inventory and business implications, make recommendations, negotiate and influence decision making that will drive profitable and sustainable growth for Nike. This includes ability to build and understand Stock and Sales Plan (SSP), determine optimal style depth plans and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Strong cross-team collaboration, inspires high levels of engagement, trust and collaboration across a matrix environment with diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders. - Strong influencing skills, ability to connect the dots, champion complex projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; proficiency in advanced Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc. Experience with planning software/tools and merchandise management systems is preferred.
