We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Lead Operations Telesales to drive our sales team's success. In this role, you will lead a team of telesales representatives, optimize sales strategies, and ensure revenue targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in enhancing team performance, refining sales processes, and fostering a collaborative and goal-driven sales culture. Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and support a telesales team, ensuring they achieve and exceed sales targets. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive conversion rates and revenue growth. • Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture, encouraging motivation and continuous development. • Set and monitor individual and team sales goals, providing guidance and feedback for improvement. • Analyze sales trends and market opportunities to refine outreach strategies. • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and take proactive steps to enhance team productivity. • Ensure adherence to best practices in customer engagement, sales techniques, and relationship building. • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with business objectives. • Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales performance and improve efficiency. • Handle escalated customer concerns professionally, ensuring a smooth sales experience. Requirements: • 3-5 years of telesales or sales management experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a collaborative approach to driving team success. • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly. • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment while maintaining a customer-focused approach. • Highly organized, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
