Qualifications: 1. Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate, diploma, or postgraduate program in fields like social development, environmental studies, communications, public policy, or other related disciplines. 2. Interest in Knowledge Management and Reporting: Strong enthusiasm for documenting lessons learned, knowledge sharing, and creating insightful reports to improve organizational learning. 3. Communication and Writing Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives. 4. Data Visualization and Presentation: Proficiency in creating visual content, such as infographics, graphs, or dashboards, to present data and findings effectively. 5. Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess data, extract meaningful insights, and connect findings to strategic objectives. 6. Personal Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing tasks. Experience in research or documentation roles is a plus. Responsibilities: 1. Support Learning Activities: Assist in capturing, organizing, and documenting lessons learned from various projects to enhance organizational knowledge and practices. 2. Develop and Refine Reporting Outputs: Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive and visually appealing reports, ensuring that project outcomes and insights are effectively communicated. 3. Knowledge Management: Maintain and organize a digital library of resources, reports, and tools for easy access and knowledge sharing across teams. 4. Support PMEAL Documentation: Collaborate with the Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (PMEAL) team to document and communicate project achievements and challenges. 5. Engage in Stakeholder Communication: Prepare targeted communication materials, including executive summaries and stakeholder reports, tailored to diverse audiences. 6. Field Support: If necessary, participate in field visits to document case studies, success stories, and project milestones firsthand.
