Assist in managing legal and compliance matters related to the company’s operations. Help prepare, review, and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Support the team in monitoring compliance with local and international regulations. Research and analyze current laws and regulations affecting the fintech industry. Assist in audits and reviews to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. Provide legal guidance on day-to-day business operations and decision-making. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure legal risk mitigation. Qualifications: Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 3 years of experience working in the fintech industry. A degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of fintech regulations and compliance requirements is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) or other relevant regulatory bodies will be a significant advantage.
