Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
- Proven ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels.
- Extensive knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and agile.
Job Description:
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
- Facilitate management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
- Manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance, etc
