- At least 2 years of work experience in a related position 
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills 
- Proficiency in strategic planning for operational development 

Job Description: 
- Lead and manage the operational team 
- Identify problems and resolve them effectively and efficiently 
- Ensure operational service quality meets established standards 
- Provide operational performance reports to management 
- Develop operational systems as needed to achieve objectives, among other tasks
