RESTAURANT MANAGER
About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee the overall restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily floor operations, handling operational administration, coordinating manpower and workflows, and ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall daily restaurant operations.

• Supervise floor operations to ensure smooth service and a positive customer experience.

• Handle restaurant administrative tasks, operational documentation, and data entry accurately.

• Plan, organize, and coordinate manpower allocation, staff scheduling, and daily workflows.

• Monitor staff attendance, readiness, and operational performance.

• Coordinate with the Head Chef to ensure smooth communication and workflow between the front-of-house and kitchen teams.

• Ensure daily operations follow established company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Identify operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout the restaurant.

• Prepare and maintain operational records and reports as required by management.
  Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification.

• 13 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a relevant restaurant operations leadership role.

• Good understanding of restaurant floor operations, staff coordination, and administrative procedures.

• Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to coordinate manpower and manage multiple operational priorities.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Able to work effectively with the kitchen team and other departments.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
