Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Description We are looking for Marketing / Business Development Representative with the following qualifications: Requirement • Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Information Technology • More than 2-years’ experience in marketing and selling, especially in marketing of software or digital products/systems/services. • Knowledge of digital products such as website, mobile apps, e-commerce, and software/systems • Knowledge of IT, digital and online industries and the current events • Ability to understand customers’ problems and requirements • Strong interpersonal and communication skill and IT fluency • Good Influencing and negotiation skill • Good in problem solving and solution finding • Strong in logical and critical thinking • Familiar with digital products and online technologies • Good in both spoken and written communication skills • Fluent in technological and visual communication • Solid presentation skill • Good in written English Technical Requirements: • Ability to operate Office software (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) is a must • Experience with digital and collaboration tools Responsibilities: • Identifying new sales leads • Pitching products and/or services • Creating new customer base as well as maintaining relationships with existing customer • Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays • Contacting potential clients to establish communication and set up meetings • Understanding and analyzing of customer’s, and communicate it to internal teams in clear details • Working with internal teams to find the right solution for customers • Developing quotations and solid proposals • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
