Operations Associate Freelance

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any majors.

• Minimum 2 years of ops experience, preferably in the Bike refinancing domain.

• English and Bahasa fluency is a must.

• Negotiation and attention to detail to be a strong skill and skills in presentation.

• Understanding the policies and business processes of multi-finance specifically bike refinance companies is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the process of receiving incoming applications until booking (disbursement to consumers) to ensure that it is complete, accurate, in accordance with lead time, and company provisions (KIP, IM, SOP).

• Review and validate each process (SOP) of requesting consumer data updates to ensure they are in accordance with applicable company provisions.

• Audit and report on every cash flow process (cash in and cash out) to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Coordinate the tracking and management of receiving, storing, and submitting BPKB to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable company provisions.

• Support the documentation and review of every administrative process of collection, such as handling receipts, daily worksheets, etc., to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company regulations.

• Monitor and respond to consumer complaints to ensure they receive appropriate resolutions in accordance with applicable company provisions.

• Provide input on branch facilities and infrastructure to ensure safety and comfort for consumers and employees.

• Identify and suggest improvements for redundancies in the OPs process SOPs and assist in updating SOPs as needed.
