Operations Associate Intern

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any majors.

• Having internship of ops experience, preferably in the Bike refinancing domain.

• English and Bahasa fluency is a must.

• Negotiation and attention to detail to be a strong skill and skills in presentation.

• Understanding the policies and business processes of multi-finance specifically bike refinance companies is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring the process of receiving incoming applications until booking (disbursement to consumers) to ensure that it is complete, accurate, in accordance with lead time, and company provisions (KIP, IM, SOP).

• Help review the process of requesting consumer data updates to ensure they comply with applicable company provisions.

• Support the tracking and verification of cash flow processes (cash in and cash out) to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Assist in managing the process of receiving, storing, and submitting BPKB to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable company provisions.

• Contribute to organizing and maintaining administrative processes for collection, such as handling receipts, daily worksheets, etc., to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company regulations.

• Help address consumer complaints to ensure they receive responses in accordance with applicable company provisions.

• Participate in evaluating branch facilities and infrastructure to ensure safety and comfort for consumers and employees.

• Assist in identifying and updating redundancies in the OPs process SOPs as needed.
