Role and Responsibilities Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and deliverable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives. Conduct simple market research for weekly market insight report Skills and Qualifications Min bachelor's degrees in business administration, MBA, language and literature or any related master's degrees from reputable universities will be point plus. Min. 2 years of experience on Business Administration with some supervisory skills. Good team building and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good in communication, effective verbal and written communications skills (incl. with local people). A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making. A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment - balanced and solid stress and time management skills. Provide efficient and effective translation management and follow compliance operational standard Creating weekly and monthly report translations. The candidate has experience of final responsibility for the quality and content of all related Project Management, reporting, sensing (market/tech) between Indonesia - Korea and audit coordination for either a Group or significant project area and has preferably overseen a human resources function previously (within a project). Positive personality with a service-oriented mindset. Fluent in both English & Korean (verbal, written) for effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Basic understanding of project management principles and practices. Ability to track project progress and contribute to successful outcome. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This position will be hired under a third-party contract.
