About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Partnership Executive who’s always on the move, building collaborations, managing communities, and ensuring every client or project request is fulfilled with excellence.

This role is all about execution and relationship-building. You’ll drive non-financial advertising and partnership initiatives, create meaningful collaborations, and grow communities that generate real business impact. 

What You’ll Do

• Execute and fulfill non-financial ads and partnership requests from clients or internal projects

• Develop, launch, and manage strategic partnerships that support project goals and revenue growth

• Build and nurture communities that can be activated for campaigns or monetization purposes

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction

• Continuously identify opportunities to expand partnerships and improve fulfillment processes

• Track, measure, and report project and partnership performance

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, community management, or business development

• Strong execution mindset, able to turn ideas into action quickly

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding win-win partnership opportunities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Passion for building and growing communities with clear business objectives
