Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the Founder in managing day-to-day tasks, operations, and strategic priorities. This role demands discretion, efficiency, and a deep understanding of luxury, professionalism, and brand tone.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support

• Manage the Founder’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.

• Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the Founder.

2. Project Management

• Assist in tracking and prioritizing key business initiatives and deadlines.

• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.

3. Brand Representation

• Serve as the first point of contact for external communications and maintain a high standard of professionalism.

• Ensure alignment with the Accès brand tone and values in all communications.

4. Event and Meeting Coordination

• Plan and organize high-level meetings, including agenda creation and follow-ups.

• Support with event planning for brand launches, client meet-ups, or networking engagements.

5. Confidentiality & Discretion

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and personal information.

• Handle tasks with utmost professionalism and discretion.

6. Ad Hoc Duties

• Perform research or competitive analysis as requested.

• Support in personal tasks as required by the Founder (e.g., personal errands, document management).

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).
