Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities :

  • Pizza Preparation: Prepare pizza dough from scratch, ensuring proper proofing and consistency. Hand-stretch and shape the dough to create the desired thickness and size for each pizza.

  • Toppings and Ingredients: Select and prepare high-quality pizza toppings, including various meats, vegetables, and cheeses, to offer a diverse range of flavors.

  • Pizza Assembly: Artfully assemble pizzas, layering toppings evenly to ensure a balanced and flavorful taste profile.

  • Cooking and Baking: Operate pizza ovens and other cooking equipment skillfully, monitoring cooking times and temperatures to achieve a golden crust and well-melted toppings.

  • Quality Control: Maintain consistent pizza quality by following standardized recipes, presentation standards, and cooking procedures.

  • Hygiene and Sanitation: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices to uphold a clean and safe food preparation environment.

  • Efficiency and Speed: Work efficiently during busy periods to manage high-volume pizza production while maintaining the quality and presentation of each pizza.

  • Ingredient Inventory: Monitor pizza ingredient inventory and communicate with supervisors to ensure timely restocking.

  • Adherence to Food Safety: Comply with all food safety regulations and procedures, including proper food storage, handling, and temperature monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Pizza Cook or in a similar role, is preferred.

  • Proficient in pizza dough preparation, stretching, and handling techniques.

  • Creativity and a passion for developing unique pizza combinations that cater to American tastes.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume demands during peak hours.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to consistently delivering high-quality pizzas.

  • Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during extended hours as needed in the restaurant industry.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively
