Job Description - Conduct in-depth analysis of portfolio trends across all channels to identify opportunities that improve business performance. - Monitor portfolio data to highlight segmentation trends and develop appropriate solutions. - Extract, manipulate data to form insights, recommendations, and communicate to stakeholders. - Contribute to portfolio budgeting, reforecasting and reporting through understanding of key performance levers. - Collaborate with Pricing team to recommend and drive portfolio pricing needs. - Build strong working relationships across the insurance value chain to deliver the right solution for different stakeholder needs. - Understand competitive landscape of the insurance industry. - Keep things simple while driving innovation, removing blockages, adapting to changing market and business challenges. Requirement - Bachelor of Degree (S1) in Business, Finance, Commerce, Statistics or a related field. - Intermediate insurance industry experience (over 2 years) in an equivalent role - Insurance product and pricing knowledge - Strong data manipulation, statistical techniques, mining/analysis skills and modelling ability - Advanced reporting/data interpretation skills, specifically trend and variance of brand/state performance - Budgeting/Forecasting - knowledge of key business drivers and business acumen
