- Support Engineering projects, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and problem analysis
- Collect and analyze Performance Test data to evaluate project performance
- Manage tooling requirements, development, and implementation for Engineering projects
- Support material alternatives analysis, product design, development, trials, line balancing, and process validation
- Prepare improvement analysis reports and contribute to Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- Preferably have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the automotive manufacturing industry
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly for preparing reports
- Good English communication skills are an advantage
