- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Deep knowledge of mechanical drawing
- Deep knowledge of measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, height gauge)
- Familiarity with fabrication processes and manufacturing
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Preferably 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing company
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
- Check, test, and ensure the quality of tractors and spare parts meets quality standards daily
- Collaborate with several parties in the manufacturing process
- Analyze quality problems in the production line process
- Prepare reports on QC activities and daily product measurement reports
- Make claims to vendors for defective materials or parts
