What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of goods, materials, and services in line with cost, quality, and delivery targets

• Provide administrative support, from demand identification, RFQ, sourcing, tender process, selection, contract documentation, payment, to vendor evaluation

• Ensure a smooth and continuous supply chain to support business operations Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to sourcing strategies & continuous improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance procurement efficiency

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in indirect procurement, especially in marketing & retail purchases (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are welcome!)

• Strong analytical thinking and data management skills

• Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in English Proactive and collaborative attitude
