Job Responsibility:

Translate company’s strategy that has been aligned to department’s strategy into target that should be achieved within People Development Department

Setup Training Module, Curriculum (Soft Skill & Hard Skill) and Standard Operating Procedur (SOP)

Provide Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Report for Front Liner Performance

Provide Product Training and Technology Knowledge to Front Liner

Conduct training and performance reviews for Front Liners

Developing & Maintaining Service Excellence for Front Liner (Conduct Mistery Shopper Program, Customer Satisfaction Survey, etc)

Set goal and target that should be achieved by Subordinate and give guidance, evaluation, and feedback continuously

Execute other tasks that is assigned by Superior

Report the implementation of work based on needs

Execute procedure and provision of company

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any related field

1-5 years of experience in learning and development or other similar roles

Experience in designing and implementing training programs

Experience in the retail industry is preferred
