- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and a strategy that aligns with business needs - Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that reflects stakeholder priorities and resource availability - User Experience: Advocate for the end-user by ensuring product usability and functionality meet customer expectations - Testing and Quality Assurance: Design execute, and manage testing plans for new features and releases to ensure product quality and performance - Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product updates, progress, and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within operations and drive initiatives to enhance product performance and efficiency - Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred - Proven experience as a Product Manager preferably in operations or a related field (3- years preferred) - Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related role - Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum) - Candidate should have knowledge of basic coding - Proficient speaking English and Mandarin
