- Diploma / bachelor's degree majoring in Engineering - Experienced in automotive manufacture would be an advantage, at least 5 years in the fields - Has good knowledge of injection machine, mold and plastic material - Able to operate injection machine and set parameter - Skill on automation / robotic process would be highly advantage - Ability on troubleshoot, defect analyze and Improvement Skill - Knowledge of IATF, ISO and other related system - Good communication skills in English language - Experienced in manage team - Proactive mindset, accountable person, engaged and Inspiring others - Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager, specialized Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
