Job Description: • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of Data Management projects • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. • Analyse potential markets before product launch. • Coordinate with sales team in qualifying prospects and provide product knowledge support to sales team. • Research and identify growth opportunities, and also implementing growth strategies. • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. • Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems. • Defining features, phases, and solution requirements for Data Warehouse/Data Management projects. • Providing advice according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered Qualification: • Graduate Bachelor's degree of Computer Engineering, Informatics, Information System, Electrical Engineering • Have 8+ years (or minimum of 10 end-to-end project cycles) of technical project management experience in IT project, implementing enterprise system and /or data- related solutions (analytics, data warehouse, big data, business intelligence, master data management, data integration) and/or Enterprise Application Integration, preferably in banking environment. • Candidates with PMP or others project management certification are preferred. • Have 5+ years of experience in designing/architecting solution and engagement in presales and negotiation. • Possess strong conceptual knowledge and technical know-how in data management and data integration. • Possess strong analytical skills. • Possess strong leadership skill and experienced in leading a project team of 5 people or more. • Possess strong communication skill to bridge technical team and business (non- technical team. • Possess strong negotiation and presentation skills. • Possess good command of English. • Willing to work outside Jakarta. • Knowledge in scrum/agile is a plus We offer: • Attractive salary including THR • Work in dynamic environment • Health Insurance (after passing 3-month probation) • Work in a startup with rapid innovation and experimentation • Out-of-town, transportation and mobile phone allowance • Quarterly company gathering • Annual company outing within Indonesia and ASEAN region
