What We're Looking For: - Minimum Bachelor's degree in related major - Minimum 2 years of work experience in corporate communication, public relations and/or related positions in private Company or working as a Journalist in a media. - Experience in working with media for company news purposes. - Experience in project management and execution of PR campaigns and initiatives. - Familiarity with social media platforms (Linkedin, Instagram,etc.). - Experience in organizing events is an advantage. - Aptitude in presentation and public speaking. - Preferably domicile in Jakarta. What You'll Do: - Develop and execute strategic publicity campaigns to promote key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand - Collaborate with Customer Relation Officer (CRO) to plan. organize, and participate in promotional events and in-house training including fostering meaningful engagement with existing clients - Manage and respond to inquiries from the public and relevant organizations, ensuring clear and consistent messaging - Represent the organization by speaking at public-facing events. maintaining a professional and compelling presence - Offer tailored updates to clients on new promotional opportunities and progress of current PR campaigns, building trust and long-term relationships. - Develop and implement PR strategies to boost brand awareness and credibility through media placements, partnerships, and collaborative content. - Collaborate with media partners, internal teams, and key stakeholders to set and manage budgets, timelines, and objectives, ensuring successful campaign execution.
